Business trip of coordinator of the project and solving team from Slovakia to Norway

During the period 04/2009 – 06/2009 business trip of project coordinator and members of the solving team from Slovakia to Norway was realized in accordance with the project proposal, with the following goals

Getting to better know the field of research activities, technological possibilities and reached achievements
Choosing the specific scientific topics
Determine the plan of cooperation in specific topics

The business trip was realized during 1.6.2009 – 5.6.2009 to Trondheim, Norway. The receiving organization was Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

In referencing period 04/2010 – 06/2010 a business trip from 7.6. 2010 to 11. 6. 2010 from Slovakia to Norway was realized. The receiving organization was Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

The aim of the business trip was realization of workshop with aim to consult research activities, technical and technological possibilities and reached results in the fields of research, which are in the scope of project partners. Another discussed field was strategy of realization of future activities of the project and its coordination. Two excursions were realized, in which the meeting with director of company oriented to application of research results in industry was established.

Excursion was realized to innovation centre Innovation Centre, NTNU, presentation of innovation centre and meeting with director of Piscada company, introduction of software technology of this company which is aimed to regulation of industrial devices and its visualisation. (place NTNU, Trondheim)

Excursion was realized to Leiv Eiriksson Nyskaping, meeting with management of the centre connected with presentation of its activities. Presentation of technological companies which develompent was backed by the centre was also realized. (place Leiv Eiriksson Nyskaping, Trondheim)

Mobility of 4 PhD. students from Slovakia to Norway

In referencing period 10/2010 – 12/2010 mobility of 4 PhD. students was realised from Slovakia to Norway, from 26.10. 2010 to 18.11. 2010. In this mobility of PhD. students there was workshop realized in which members of mobility were presenting their PhD. thesis and in presentations they were speaking about aims and results of their research work in their scientific field. After presentations there were discussions in which discuteers exchanged their know-how and points of view of the problematic.

There were numerous workshops and lectures in mobility and PhD. students appreciate contribution of this mobility to their future scientifical and pedagogical work.

In referencing period 10/2010 – 12/2010 there was mobility of 4 PhD. students from Slovakia to Norway, from 24.11. 2010 to 18.12. 2010. In this mobility of PhD. students members of mobility were presenting their PhD. thesis and in presentations they were speaking about aims and results of their research work in their scientific field. After presentations there were discussions in which discuteers exchanged their know-how and points of view of the problematic.

In referencing period 10/2010 – 12/2010 workshop at NTNU was realised on 2.11.2010. On Workshop there was presentation of PhD. thesis of workshop participants, and discussion and evaluation of scientific work of both partners of the project in fields that are close to PhD. thesis. Inter alia questions of common partnership of PhD. students with aim of sucessfull preparation of PhD. thesis of PhD. students were solved.

Mobility of 4 PhD. students from Slovakia to Norway

In referencing period 10/2010 – 2/2011 there was mobility of 4 PhD. students realised from Slovakia to Norway, in period 1.2. 2011 – 25.2. 2011.

In referencing period workshop at NTNU was realised on 14.2.2011. On Workshop there was presentation of PhD. thesis of workshop participants, discussion, evaluation of scientific work of both partners of the project in fields that are close to PhD. thesis. Inter alia questions of common partnership of PhD. students with aim of sucessfull preparation of PhD. thesis of PhD. students were solved.

Business trip of members of solving team from Norway to Slovakia

In referencing period 10/2010 – 2/2011 there was business trip of members of sloving team from Norway to Slovakia on 22.2.2011 – 24.2.2011 realised. In referencing period there was workshop in Slovakia on 23.2.2011 realised with aim to validate and conclude the NIL-II-021 project and to discuss possibilities of further cooperation between partners.

Two excursions were realized, excursion to Cisco Laboratory, place: Košice, Slovensko, date: 23.2.2011, excursion to Lara Rockwell Automation Laboratory, place: Košice Slovensko, date: 23.2.2011.

Publishing of special issue of Acta Electrotecnica et Informatica journal

In referencing period of 10/2010 – 2/2011 special issue of scientific journal Acta Electrotechnica et Informatica Vol. 10, No. 4, 2010 was published as a part of activities of NIL-II-021 project.
